Details included in the report:
• Photograph of the gemstone
• Gemstone name
• Weight and size
• Disclosure of any treatment or enhancement
• Origin identification may be stated in some cases (if the mineral source information is clearly identifiable)

Notes:
• Gemstones larger than 2 inches × 2 inches cannot be tested.
• Gemstones mounted in closed-back settings cannot be tested.
• Gemstones that have been heavily treated or enhanced to the point where the mineral crystal structure cannot be observed may not be testable.
